Tit for Tat
The simple phrase “tit for tat” regarding a trade war with China is 125% on US goods entering China and 145% on Chinese goods entering the US. Tit for tat Is becoming as famous as it once was from a familiar Hollywood film, and in the “tit for tat”, Clarice, nobody thus far has eaten the others liver with a bottle of chianti and some fava beans. Yep! So far, so good, nobody’s made lamb chops either of little Ricky. Let’s all hope for the best. We are doing our best to navigate the challenges. Black Space
Space is not totally dark as there is always some visible light, even among space dust particles. Such is the case with the moon. There is no dark side of the moon. The moon rotates along an axis with the earth, what is know as Tidal Locking, so we simply never see the other side. In addition, there is no such thing as zero gravity since when you are in orbit you experience a state that is called “zero gravity” or “microgravity” but gravity still affects your motion. An object in orbit is essentially in free fall. A satellite orbiting Earth is constantly being pulled toward Earth by gravity but it is moving sideways so fast that it follows a curved path that continuously missed Earth entirely. The principle applies to any object in orbit. Dig deep, peel back the onion, uncover the facts. It’s how we help our clients overcome CBP missing the science behind the exact makeup of their product and subsequently mistakenly not allowing an exclusion, and assigning a Section 301 tariff via a different HTS code, which BLG regularly files protests against. Caterpillar to Butterfly
The length of time it takes a caterpillar to turn into a butterfly depends on several factors including the butterfly’s species, host plant type, food availability, habitat threats, and weather conditions. The process of transformation is called metamorphosis, and it takes about two weeks for the butterfly to emerge from its chrysalis. Some transformations may take millions of years. Regardless of the time factor involved, substantial transformation is the key if you wish to convince CBP of the new country of origin. A study by Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program social science researchers suggests that aliens may have been living on Earth for a while.
