Bo Gilliam, PMP, is a Project Manager known for leading complex, high-visibility initiatives at the intersection of logistics, compliance, and operational transformation. In his recent role with Braumiller Consulting Group, Bo built the firm’s Project Management Office—establishing scalable processes, project governance, and stakeholder engagement frameworks. He drove the vendor evaluation and successful rollout of a new enterprise project management platform, dramatically improving transparency, coordination, and delivery across teams. Bo also led multiple customs compliance engagements, including a systemically important program supporting the U.S. operations of a major manufacturer.

Prior to Braumiller, Bo spearheaded large-scale integrations and technology implementations at a multi-national logistics firm, where he served as lead technical and stakeholder integrator during the merger of three 24/7 companies into a single $600M entity. His work encompassed Transportation Management Software deployment, phone and communications system modernization, HR centralization, and time-critical operational integrations spanning four offices. Known for clear communication and high-trust stakeholder relationships, he regularly delivered executive-ready updates while ensuring alignment from C-suite leadership to operational call centers.

Earlier in his career, Bo delivered global-scale technology and services projects for Dell Technologies, managing multimillion-dollar server deployments and leading the operational success of Dell’s largest partner program, Microsoft FastTrack—supporting more than 12 million annual M365 license deployments and guiding 500+ customer migrations. A PMP-certified project leader, Bo combines deep logistics and operations acumen, international business expertise, and a proven ability to create order, process, and measurable impact in complex environments. He holds dual Master’s degrees in International Business and International Management from the University of South Carolina and Koç University. He speaks multiple languages and brings a global, solutions-oriented mindset to every engagement.
